Audi Factory Service & Maintenance at Eurowerks Motorsports  

At Eurowerks Motorsports, our team of highly trained Audi service technicians conducts a comprehensive, step-by-step inspection of all major vehicle systems.

 

We strictly adhere to Audi's factory service requirements for each model and year, following the official Audi maintenance schedules. If any issues are detected during our inspection, we provide a detailed root-cause analysis along with a transparent cost estimate before proceeding with repairs, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

Below is a Service Intervals Guide we’ve put together based on recommendations from Audi Service USA. However, we tailor our services to your specific model year, trim, and driving style. The following maintenance guidelines apply broadly to Audi vehicles and serve as a reference. For high-performance models such as the S, RS, and R8 lineup, additional service requirements may apply.

20,000-Mile Interval Scheduled Maintenance 

every 20k miles, starting at 5k miles to 25k - 45k - 65k - 85k - 105k - 125k

Engine

  • Synthetic Motor Oil replacement

  • Oil Filter replacement

  • AdBlue Fluid replacement & service AdBlue tank (for TDI Diesel Engines only)

Wheels & Brakes

  • Check Front and Rear Brake Pads for correct thickness and damage

  • Inspect Brake Fluid level, replenish as necessary (brake fluid should be replaced every 2 years regardless of mileage)

  • Reset TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)

  • Inspect Tires (including Spare Tire if applicable) for damage, wear, and air pressure

  • Rotate Tires if necessary based on tread wear patterns

Secondary Systems / Electronics

  • Reset Service Reminder Display in Instrument Cluster

  • Check Air Condenser, Air Filter

  • Headlights and Headlight Cleaning System inspection

  • Check Front / Rear Windshield Wipers, Wiper Blades, Windshield Washers, and Washer Fluids

40,000-Mile Interval Scheduled Maintenance

every 40k miles, starting at 15k miles to 55k - 95k - 135k 

Road Test

  • To be performed by our team of certified expert technicians at Eurowerks Motorsports 

  • Detection of any abnormal operations from the following items:

  • Engine Performance, Clutch (if applicable), Auto/Manual/Automated Manual/CVT Transmission shift operation, Braking System, Steering, Suspension

Engine & Transmission

  • Synthetic Motor Oil replacement

  • Oil Filter replacement

  • AdBlue Fluid replacement & service AdBlue tank (for TDI Diesel models only)

  • Inspect Cooling System, Antifreeze, and Corrosion Protection

  • Leakage inspection on major Engine components. Look for any signs of fluid drips, chafe marks, line routing

  • Spark Plugs replacement

  • Power Steering Fluid check and replenish as necessary

  • Replace Air Filter and clean housing

  • Check condition of Ribbed V Belt and Tensioner, replace if necessary

  • Replace Fuel Filter for TDI Diesel models

  • DSG/S Tronic, change ATF/MTF oil and replace transmission filter element for clutch hydraulics

  • Timing Belt should be replaced at between 95k-100k miles

  • Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), check condition and ash loading according to manufacturer’s work procedure. Replace if necessary. (for TDI Diesel models only)

Wheels & Brakes

  • Inspect Brake Fluid level, replenish as necessary (this should be replaced every 2 years regardless of mileage)

  • Check Front and Rear Brake Pads/Discs for correct thickness and/or damage

  • Inspect Tires (including Spare Tire if applicable) for damage, wear, and air pressure

  • Check expiration/renewal date of Tire Repair Set, replace if expired

Chassis & Underside

  • Visual Inspection of Chassis and Body, including any paint damage and corrosion inside and out

  • Inspect Hinges, Hood Safety Latch, and height of Engine Hood

  • Check for any leakages from Underbody hoses, fluid lines and reservoirs

  • Inspect Transmission Housing (Automatic and Manual) for Leaks

  • Lubricate Door Hinges, Hood Latch, Straps, and Locks

  • Check condition of Front Axle Ball Joints, Dust Seals, Tie-rods, Drive Shaft Boots

  • Sunroof guides rails cleaning and lubrication

  • Lubricate Front Latch of Cabriolet Roofs (if applicable)

  • Inspect Exhaust System for damages and leaks

  • Plenum Panel, remove and check for water drain, clean as needed

Secondary Systems / Electronics

  • Reset Service Reminder Display in Instrument Cluster

  • Battery test and inspection on condition of terminals, battery housing, and acid level if acceptable

  • Cabin Dust & Pollen Filter replacement

  • Reset Service Reminder Display in Instrument Cluster

  • Check Front / Rear Windshield Wipers, Windshield Washers, and Washer Fluids

  • Headlights and Headlight Cleaning System inspection

  • Check function of all Exterior Lighting (Front Low & High Beams, Fog Lights, Parking Lights, Blinkers, Hazard Lights, Rear Tail Lights, Brake Lights, License Plate Lights, etc.)

  • Horn function check

  • Check function of all Interior Lighting
